Over the next few days, our main site (WeightliftingAcademy.com) will likely be down (as will my own blog) periodically. We are doing some HEAVY upgrades to it in order to make it run faster, work better, and be a better foundation for you and I to kick butt with.
I’ll be laying out all of the new features of our members-areas, programs, etc over the next 2 weeks. But until then, please bear with us (or beer with us? ) while we go through the pain in the booty jazz that is required in order for it all to happen.
Because we don’t want you to starve for workouts, I’m posting up the next week of Renshu Workouts here. And we’ll also post them up on our Weightlifting Academy Facebook page wall.
